What do I get if my friend buys a policy?

When a friend who you've referred buys their first policy from Goodtogoinsurance.com you will receive a £10 gift card^ of your choice (Amazon, Marks and Spencer or John Lewis).

What benefit does my friend get if I refer them?

Your friend will get a welcome gift of up to 20% off base premium* on their first travel insurance policy with us.

How do I tell my friends about Total Travel Protection?

All you need to do is register for our refer a friend programme using the form above.

You’ll be sent a unique link which you can then share with your friends by email or social media.

My friend told me about the refer a friend discount. How do I get it?

It’s really simple! If your friend sent you a refer a friend link, just click on the link and enter your email address.

You’ll then be sent a discount code to use when you’re buying your policy.

Or if they haven’t sent you a link, don’t worry! You can select the ‘Been referred by a friend?’ option on the first page when you get a quote and enter your friend’s full name. You’ll then need to enter your email address so we can send you a discount code to use when buying your policy.

Once you have your discount code you can use it when you purchase your first policy online or by phone.

I entered my friend’s name online but I didn’t get a discount code. What should I do?

Double check that your friend has signed up for our refer a friend programme, and that you're using the name they registered with.

If it’s still not giving you a discount code, try entering your friend's email address instead.

My friend took out a policy. When will I receive my gift card?

Your £10 gift card will be sent to you approximately 14 days after your friend buys their first policy with us (just as long as they don’t cancel it).

I referred a friend but haven’t got my voucher. Where is it?

If you find you haven’t received your reward, please make sure you are eligible for our scheme by reading the Terms & Conditions.

Once you’ve read them and still believe you should have received your voucher, please email [email protected].

How many friends can I refer?

You can refer as many friends as you like! There are some limits on the rewards you can earn though:

- A maximum of 10 referral rewards in a 24 hour period

- A maximum of 75 referral rewards in a 12 month period or maximum of £1,000 of reward value in the last 12 months - whichever comes first.

*Discount applies to base premium only and not to any medical screening premiums or optional extras.
